Welcome to the November 2002 issue of Associates! Our publication is one of few international publications devoted to the interests of library support staff. If you have a library-related idea to express, you are invited to share your views in the March 2003 issue. Please feel free to contact me at rivwe@citrus.ucr.edu.
Both Brad Eden, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Linda Putnam, Florida State Library, have decided to move on to other activities. Brad wrote The Internet Guru column, last published in the July 2002 issue. Linda's last column of Info From The Superhighway is included in this issue. I am sorry to lose their insights and perceptions. Linda and Brad have been continuous contributors since volume 1, number 1, July 1994. Thank you for eight years of participation with Associates.
