Book lovers and library lovers have a quiet place to go to when they want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Internet and its pop-up ads, surveys, and requests to register for this or register for that when all they want is to find something different to do without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.

Ebook Friendly is designed with the serious bibliophile in mind. The site is oriented mostly for people who read ebooks with iPads, Kindles and listen to audiobooks. But people who read traditional paper books will find things of interest as well.

Navigation is clean and simple. Just click the three-dot circle at the top right of any page and select one of the following nine topics: iPad, Kindle, Gifts, Best 50 (that’s a curated list of books, devices, merchandise, and more), Lists, Tips, News, Infographics (which can be enlarged when clicked), and Deals (on books, sales, etc.). Pick the one that grabs your interest and click away.

There are all kinds of articles, tips, and infographics, that should pique your interest and satisfy your curiosity. For those diehard ebook enthusiasts, there is a bevy of information and links to sources that will enhance your reading experience.

If you’re looking for ways to better optimize your iPads or Kindles, there are articles explaining how to do that.

Have you been considering setting up a home library? This infographic should help you get started. There are a lot of attention-getting infographics. I found one particularly informative (to me, anyway) that traced the historical development of the electronic book. From the distribution of the first one in 1971 to those of current day.

Are you a writer and looking for some useful tips from popular authors? Check out the 15 Most helpful writing lessons from successful authors. This infographic has snippets and tidbits for the aspiring writer from the pros.

In addition to the infographics, there are links to lots of items to buy for yourself or the booklover in your life. If you’re looking for that perfect gift for that finicky book reader in your life, or just for yourself, chances are you will find it here.
