While at the Information Desk in the Documents Department of FSU's Strozier Library one of the questions we run into the most frequently is "How do I find Dissertations and Theses from other Universities?" Dissertation Abstracts is good but many do not understand until they see it that it is an abstract of the dissertation, not the dissertation itself.
In response to all of these requests I started looking on the Internet for sources for dissertations and I was supprised at how many I found. These are either full text or give directions on how to receive the full text version.
I hope this list is as helpful to you as it has been to me.
